William Nelson's Resume

As a hardworking family man, I am aware of the challenges of the market we are in today, and I am focused on making your next move as smooth and worry-free as possible. Understanding the market and having the ability to negotiate for you is a valued skill that I take pride in. Yet, even more importantly, I recognize the importance of communication, empathy, friendship, and understanding your wants and needs.

I have been a leader in the real estate community for many years. Since 2006 I have ranked among the top 1% of Brokers for total sales countywide. I have consistently sold more than 40% of my own listings, while helping many buyers, both experienced and first time, find the home that fits their wants and needs. I go above and beyond what is expected of a Broker, having built my business rapidly by referral and returning clients.

The best part of my business is being able to help families with the many steps involved in buying or selling their next home. I take great pride in the work I do. I would be pleased to help you and your family with your next move and look forward to building a lasting friendship.
